Even after dismissing the voicemail notification from "Phone services" i still constantly get updated about the same voicemail notification every hour.
There is no way to turn this off and I did not have this problem on 8.5.
The only way to get rid of the voicemail notification is to delete it with the visual voicemail app.

1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
Your report will greatly assist the team in analyzing and improving the Beta experience.
