Request to Restore Beta OTA Stream – Device Registration Desynced After Accidental Exit

I am writing to request assistance with restoring my device's eligibility for the One UI 9 Beta over-the-air (OTA) updates.

 

My device was previously officially enrolled in the One UI 9 Beta program, and it is currently running an active beta build. However, due to an accidental exit from the program within the Samsung Members app, my OTA registration stream has completely desynced.

 

Because I did not downgrade my device firmware, I am stuck on the beta build without a clear path to receive subsequent beta updates or the final stable release over the air. The standard enrollment banner no longer displays for me because the recruitment window is closed.

 

Could you please check my hardware identifiers on the backend and manually push the active OTA stream flag to my device?
