The watches are essentially mini phones.
One UI8 is a pretty big update.
Once you have installed it and the beta version of watch 7 manager and Samsung Health, it is a good thing to clear the cache partician on the watch.
Check out YouTube vids on how to do this if you have not before. It's easy, you just have to know the button combination to press and timing.
I'm enjoying the update so far.
