I would like to submit two feature requests (pratically a fix) regarding Custom Workout Routines on the Galaxy Watch 8/Samsung Health.

These are usability limitations I encountered while configuring a simple interval workout consisting of alternating walking and running periods.

1. Unnecessary 50% goal notifications

When configuring a custom workout routine with automatic transitions between walking (2 minutes) and running (1 minute), the watch vibrates both at 50% and 100% of each exercise's duration goal.

For example:

- Walking (2 minutes): vibration at 1:00 and 2:00.

- Running (1 minute): vibration at 0:30 and 1:00.

For interval training, only the completion notification is necessary, since it signals when the user should switch activities.

The additional 50% notifications create unnecessary interruptions and make it harder to distinguish actual transitions from progress notifications.

Suggested improvement: Allow users to disable intermediate goal-progress notifications (such as 50%) while keeping 100% completion notifications and automatic exercise transitions enabled.

2. Maximum limit of 10 circuits

Custom Workout Routines currently appear to be limited to 10 circuits.

For example, a workout alternating 2 minutes of walking and 1 minute of running for approximately 54 minutes requires 18 repetitions.

Since the circuit limit is 10, I had to duplicate the walking and running exercises within the routine and configure 9 circuits to achieve the intended duration.

While this workaround functions, it unnecessarily complicates routine creation and makes future adjustments less convenient.

Suggested improvement: Increase the maximum number of circuits or allow users to specify a higher number, something like 100 should be enough for most applications.
