My watch ultra 2 still stops broadcasting my heartrate to my Peloton when the screen dims on always on while working out mode.
I just want to wear my watch ultra 2 for my workouts but I have to use a separate hr monitor because my watch just stops broadcasting hr during my workouts.
Can Samsung please add a separate broadcast hr button in the quick settings menu or in the settings in a workout.
This is so frustrating 😤

Hi @Rach77
I completely understand your frustration, especially when you want to rely on your Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 during workouts without needing a separate heart rate monitor. 💙
Thank you for sharing your suggestion of adding a dedicated heart rate broadcasting toggle to Quick Settings or workout settings.
It's valuable feedback, and we'll make sure it's passed on to our relevant teams for consideration.
In the meantime, could you try restarting both your Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and Peloton device, then reconnecting them to see if the heart rate broadcasting remains active when the watch screen dims? Also, please check that your watch software and Samsung Health app are up to date.
Does the heart rate broadcasting stop only when the Always On Display dims, or does it also stop if you keep the watch screen awake? This will help us narrow down what's causing the interruption and advise on the next steps. 😊

The issue only happens when the watch dims to the always on screen. As soon as I flick my wrist to wake the screen to full brightness, it starts the heartrate showing on my Peloton again.
I've tried restarting both watches and my Peloton and the issue remains.
If there was a broadcast button in the quick settings menu, this would bypass the need to use the Peloton watch app. I think the issue is probably to do with the Peloton watch app. I think one of my other Galaxy watches had this issue once but it got fixed.
My watch software is up to date. The Peloton watch app is also up to date.
