The Galaxy Z Fold’s Taskbar is a powerful tool that brings desktop-class convenience to your foldable, showing your favorite and recent apps at the bottom of the screen for effortless switching. By default, it displays two of your most recent apps. However, you can easily increase this number to four, maximizing the Taskbar’s potential and keeping more of your essential apps just a single tap away. This small tweak is perfect for power users who frequently jump between multiple applications and want to streamline their productivity.

• Balance is Key: Showing four apps offers the most multitasking power, but choosing two creates a cleaner, more minimalist look on your Taskbar. Experiment to see which fits your style best.

• Dynamic and Smart: The recent apps section is dynamic. As you use different apps, this area will automatically update to show the ones you've opened most recently.

• Separate from Pinned Apps: This setting only affects the recent apps shown on the right side of the Taskbar; it does not change the permanently pinned apps on the left.
