Touchpad not working as expected in games

Hi, I was just wondering if there is solution to the touchpad issue in games like Roblox and Minecraft. There touchpad controls just plain don't work because (I am guessing here) the games can't properly track the Cursor of the keyboard cover touchpad. 
When testing with a cheap Bluetooth mouse the games behaved as expected but the touchpad doesn't change regardless.
