Saving info before wiping

You could try smart switch on computer.

You can use Samsung cloud and Google cloud to save your data, to do that you can access the said accounts on your tablet and tap on Sync Account, if you have an SD card or external memory you can do that as well or even transfer the data on a phone if there is enough memory. To save passwords you have to use the clouds and you should be able to see them on Google wallet and Samsung wallet and if you tap the icon with your account's letter on each account there should be a Passwords section where you should be able to find them if you chose to save passwords on your tablet. Like @Moiramon said, you can save data on a computer too.
