I'm trying to set up the Samsung email on my new galaxy s10 lite. I've set it up exactly as my phone but keep getting a message that imap/pop3 is not turned on. How do I turn it on? Help please!

Hi @Members_B7Q4lcC Welcome to the Samsung Community😎
The process is pretty straightforward for some email types, if you tap cog to add Account you will find options for Google,Yahoo,Outlook,Exchange and Office365 though will need sign in details and verification.
However if you are using other select the manual set up and your account type which will be Pop3,Imap or Microsoft Exchange. you will need the various details.
