Hbo max US Open tennis streaming issues

Samsung galaxy tab s11.
The Hbo max dolby vision live stream of the US Open is stuttering like crazy. The image is almost freezed. All other dolby vision material on the hbo app is playing without problems.
I also experienced the exact same issue with the live coverage of Wimbledon. Was also a dolby vision live stream.
On my Samsung galaxy s25 the live stream of the US open via the Hbo max app works just fine.
Could Samsung please fix this? It's totally unacceptable for a premium device like the tab s11.

Hi @Members_90DCwoe Welcome to the Samsung/Ireland community
I believe that you are based in another European country as in the UK coverage of the US Open is on Sky Sports and Now TV.
I assume you have the latest software, you may have tried troubleshooting. I assume you have the latest update, do you have a number of Devices connected though should be ok with a strong and fast internet connection.
You could try clearing the cache of the app, reinstalling and restarting Device. Do you have a VPN running though not likely to be the issue if other services are fine. Even if no problem with other Devices worthwhile rebooting Router to see if that makes any difference.
However it may be some issue with the app.

I have even reset the tablet to factory settings. Reinstalled the hbo max app multiple times. Cleared the case.
Hbo app is updated to latest version.
I don't know what else to do.
It seems like the mediateck chip isn't optimized for a dolby vision live stream?
