On the newest Android versions, it's become impossible for a secondary user to log into the tablet without the primary owner account unlocking the tablet if it's ever restarted. Even if this was a deliberate decision, it makes the multiple-user functionality practically unusable.

As the owner of the tablet, it's become impossible for me to use the tablet for myself AND ensure my privacy at the same time if another family member needs to take the tablet for traveling or outside the home. I have to compromise on either using the tablet only for myself (since I don't want a different family member being able to access my user) or not having my own user on the tablet (if I want another family member to be able to access their user at any desired time/location). This is a serious design bug with the multiple-user functionality.

Please re-work this system entirely so it works like how most people expect it to.

Suggested this a few years back, I guess Samsung prefer us to not share 😂 and buy a tablet each 🙏

I keep a spare household device, everyone can use mainly for smart home, care, security stuff, no one really uses it as none of their bookmarks, apps are logged in, as your say we want it private

Reminds me of Iphone when they know exactly how many accounts have been made on that phone and it won't let you use apple store and I forgot what apps idk what gymnastics you need to do to make your own apple store account.
