Question

When I try to log on to my Samsung account on my new tablet, an S10 lite, I get sent an alphanumeric code on my phone. But, when I try to enter the code on the tablet, I get only a numerical keyboard so, I can't enter the code. WT*'s going on?

Hi @Rabbb Welcome to the Samsung Community 😀Do you not have the numeric input key (next to control on my Tablet),tapping on that gives you numbers.Otherwise if you tap 3 Dot Menu on the right of keyboard, Settings and reset to Default Settings. A restart may also sort it if still an issue.

Oh right, do you have a sim inserted-wifi only Tablets will not have an IMEI. Is it not under Settings-About Tablet.To use *#06# you may need to turn the Auto Blocker off. Go to Settings-Security and Privacy- Auto Blocker and switch it off. You can turn it back on afterwards.
