Sound Assistant Not working

I'm reaching out regarding an issue I've been experiencing with the Sound Assistant application on my Samsung device. Specifically, the individual app volume control feature is not working — I am unable to set separate volume levels for different applications.

I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:

Reinstalled the Sound Assistant app completely

Cleared the app cache and data

Restarted the device multiple times

Verified that the app has all necessary permissions enabled

Despite all of the above, the individual app volume sliders either do not respond, reset on their own, or simply have no effect on the actual audio output of the targeted applications.

I would appreciate guidance on a resolution, whether that involves a deeper system-level fix, a known bug patch, or an alternative solution. If this is a known issue with a recent update, please advise on a rollback or workaround.
