Samsung calender and outlook calender sync problems

If older events are showing but newer ones aren’t, it’s worth checking the sync settings first.

Please open the Outlook app > Settings > Select your Outlook account > Calendar > Sync calendars and make sure calendar syncing is switched on. This allows Outlook events to be exported to the Samsung Calendar app.

You can also open Samsung Calendar > Menu > Manage calendars and check that your Outlook/Exchange calendar is enabled. Then select Sync now to refresh the calendars.

If it’s still only showing older events, check whether the missing/newer events are visible in the Outlook app on your S24, as this will help narrow down whether the issue is with Outlook or Samsung Calendar.

I’ve seen sync issues like this where older events show up but newer ones don’t refresh properly. It might be worth checking the Outlook account sync settings and permissions first. Hopefully Samsung can clarify whether this is a known issue with the S24.
