Lost Apps

Recently 3 days ago, I updated my galaxy 24 ultra to 9 UI...now today while scrolling Instagram, suddenly the app closed and the home page showed.....and I see that I have suddenly lost many apps...like YouTube,  WhatsApp,  Instagram,  Facebook,  chrome, samsung browser and security folder....now I can't seem to find them anywhere not in my settings not anywhere in app drawer....I tried restarting the phone to avoid safe mode, then I went to Google store to reinstall these apps but I find that it shows enable button when I search that app..but as I click on enable button it doesn't work...I go to my settings and then to apps to see the disabled apps but I can't find them there, I try the hide apps option...but I can't seem to find them anywhere...I don't know what to do.....

Now  there is a new update available....I fear that if I update my phone I might lose all data against the said apps after the update....

Can someone please help
