How to add an application?

Hello,
I am trying to register my application in the Android Store, but I received the following message:
“To sell Android content, a status change to Corporate Commercial Distribution Seller is necessary. If you are not a Corporate Commercial Distribution Seller, existing Android content will be discontinued and you will not be able to register Android content. ‘Request Corporate Commercial Seller’ from your profile.”
I have already completed all the required information in my profile. However, my current statuses are:
• Type of Member: Private
• Type of Sales: Corporate Commercial Distribution Sales – Stand-by
Could you please tell me what I need to do next to register my Android app?
