I hope you are doing well. I am a Samsung A15 user and have been using Samsung devices for the past 3 years. My phone is connected to both my Samsung account and Google account, and I regularly use biometric authentication (fingerprint/face unlock) to access the device. Recently, while repairing the charging port, the technician enabled Maintenance Mode on my phone. Now, in order to switch back to normal mode, the device is asking for the PIN code. Unfortunately, I have completely forgotten the PIN because I normally unlock the phone using biometrics. My phone contains very important personal data, memories, photos, and files, and I sincerely want to avoid performing a factory reset or losing any data. I kindly request your assistance in helping me exit Maintenance Mode through any alternative verification method, such as: Samsung account verification Google account verification Biometric authentication Any other secure identity...

Use Samsung SmartThings Find If you have an active Samsung Account and previously enabled remote features on your device, you can use the SmartThings Find website on a computer or separate device to remotely unlock the phone's lock screen security.
Contact the Technician It is highly likely the technician used a standard or temporary PIN when they activated Maintenance Mode. Reach out to them they usually keep a record of these temporary codes for the duration of the repair.

@Mahesar: It is not likely that the engineer set up a PIN on your device, therefore your Galaxy A15 must be requesting your own backup PIN code, which is a requirement when you use biometric security options such as the Fingerprint sensor. Your phone does periodically request the PIN code for verification purposes, so if you have forgotten it then please try entering the PIN incorrectly until you see a 'Forgot PIN' prompt above or below the number pad. Follow the on-screen prompts and it should be possible to regain access to the device using your Samsung account credentials.
