DM-Verity (Device Mapper Verity) is an Android security feature that checks whether important system files have been changed or corrupted. When the phone starts up, it verifies that the operating system is exactly as expected. If DM-Verity detects missing, modified, or damaged files, it blocks the device from booting normally to help prevent security risks. This error often appears after r**ting a device, installing c****m firmware, or when a software update fails. Depending on the device, the solution may involve reinstalling official firmware, performing a factory reset, or repairing the operating system using recovery tools.

Note: (Had to censor stuff because samsung doesn't like those words when your talking about modification)
