Connection

Question

Hello, my samsung s23 ultra on ui9 this week has been having issues connecting to ee just says not registered on net work in most areas. But in certain areas it will connect fine with 5g. Is any one else having issues like this. Called ee and they say service in my area is fine. Could it be a software problem. Or a phone problem how am I able to check this.

To be fair, EE are poop in my experiance. They provide no help whatsoever. I had similar issues in the past. Try these steps:settings > connections > mobile networks > network operators. Disable 'Select automatically' and manually select EE from the list. Should force your phone to re authenticate with the carrier/EE.I also tried a reset of network settings.Settings > general management > reset > reset network settings. This clears configurations which may have bugged. If neither work, final suggestion is to figure out if it's your sim or phone. Remove sim, clean, insert into another device and see if it works there. With me, EE sims were just poop so I switched to O2 which is no better but at least works. Good luck!
