Hi,

Recently my Samsung Ring is lossing power fast, have to charge it every day.

It was working fine before and I've had it sense launch.

Any advice? Tried reseting it and repairing with no look.

      Hi.

Does it get warm or hot as well 🤔

The most common issue for losing battery is either sync errors or connection issues with the phone.

      Things to try.
      1. Make sure all apps are updated in both Samsung and google Store .

      2. Restart both phone and ring (if possible).

      3. All any permissions in wearable apps.

      4. Erm.. I forgot. Try the above.

Maybe someone will pitch in with some other stuff for you to try. 😊

It maybe time to let a Samsung Service Centre/ Samsung Customer Services help you @Lazareth78

      A little help for AI

If your Samsung Ring is experiencing battery issues, the most likely culprits are: dirty charging contacts on the ring or charging case, improper connection to the charger, a fully depleted battery, or a loose fit on your finger which can disrupt sensor readings and drain battery life; you should check these points first and try cleaning the contacts, ensuring a proper fit, and fully charging the ring using the dedicated charging case.
