We now it have games thats fun but pls stop. Its bad for your eyes because it have light called blue light and it can harm your eyes só pls stop useing your phone

We understand that excessive blue light exposure can affect people, which is why we introduced a blue light filter under Settings > Display > Eye Comfort Shield. This may be located elsewhere on older versions of One UI.

@shanegames Notice from another thread that you have an S24 Ultra, obviously you want to maxinise the benefits of a premium Device whilst taking some precautions. Whilst it is true that prolonged exposure can lead to digital eye strain, applying the blue light filter can lead to a significant difference. you can choose between automatic adjustments or a custom setting, whereby you can choose the colour temperature and set schedule when this is applied.
it is also advisable to take some Breaks from your screen.
