Has or does anyone else have/had any issues with their buds?? As I've literally had them about 2 weeks now but the left bud seems to not be right, its hard 2 explain but I keep getting like a weird feeling and noise from it, and its only on the left bud , never had it from the right one, so I was wondering if this is an actual problem with it & if I should contact samsung about it , obvs as I've only just got them I dont want 2 leave it & it really is an issue with its functioning correctly and not be able 2 do anything about it due 2 leaving it too long since getting them. Any help or suggestions etc would be very much appreciated

Hi @xXxRosiexXx Welcome to the Samsung community
Is it like a static noise, high pitched or whistling? Ensure you have the latest update. There can be issues if inadvertently touching the microphone, may well not be reason though. This type of issue can be solved by thoroughly cleaning the Buds in case there is any debris. I know some have encountered intermittent issue when using ANC. However you may need to reset and possibly pair again. For one UI 8 go to settings -Galaxy Buds3 Pro-About Earbuds-Reset.
of course it is possible your Buds have a fault but best to try Troubleshooting first.

oh right, I think a throb is quite similar to a static noise and sometimes can be caused by a poor fit. Have you tried a different tip to see if that makes any difference. However if that not the issues and Troubleshooting does not help advisable to get in touch with support commendable that you keep them very clean 😉
