My pods don't work with voice commands a lot.

Sometimes they work then they stop working after a bit.

I did software update but any advise?

Mine have been making an almost deafening static noise when I turn any of the noise modes on but it's only been happening with the right bud.. anyone else experiencing this or is it a hardware issue with mine specifically?
