All apps except Voicemail work with hearing aids

I bought a Galaxy S25 in December because it claimed to be compatible with my Oticon hearing aids. The S25 works extremely well with my hearing aids for podcasts, music, phone calls, and notifications. However, the Samsung Voicemail app will not play through the hearing aids. It only plays through the S25's speaker, and it plays at a very low volume. How can I fix this so I can hear my voice mails through my hearing aids?
