Using Face ID to log in to banking apps its shocking we haven't got that feature like iPhones already has.

It's because samaungs and many other brands of android devices version of FaceID isn't as secure as Apples version. It only uses the camera, Apple's FaceID uses a array of other sensors to verify your face in combination with the camera.

Only Android phone I've come across with the same hardware as the IPhone re camera is the Honor Magic 7 Pro

Yeah, I haven't really heard of many Android devices having the same hardware as iPhone's regarding their FaceID. I preferred touch ID when apple supported that. But the Fingerprint unlock on Android is great much faster than FaceID on both platforms.

Only issue i found was when I have the 360 phone case the fingerprint didn't work on my s25 ultra 🤣

Samsung had iris scanner before can't remember but I think is was with the s8 series 🤔

Fyi...Pixel 8 onwards have the ability to pay with gpay and use banking apps using just a camera..
