Could someone from Samsung please respond?

Many of us have registered and joined the beta in UK and when checking for updates no updates showing as available. There are also many who seem to have had no issues at all

This is just frustrating when we are all ready to help with testing and reporting

Just foe further info many of us have tried restarting phones, leave and rejoin beta. All the usual stuff and to no avail

That's odd, I was able to download the beta immediately using the members app

This issue seems to be affecting only base model users.

I agree, most reports seem to be coming from us on base model. Come on samsung just because we don't want a large slab in our pocket we still want to help

I am using Samsung S25 Ultra in the UK and I checked in the members beta section says there are no programs currently available I go to software update it says there your software is up to date the Samsung website says beta is now live in select regions including the UK but I don't know why I am receiving any beta update when I in the UK and I have got Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra mobile phone when Will I receive the beta update as I am still waiting for the one Ui 8.5 beta to arrive on my mobile

Thank you for your patience! 👍 The issue has been resolved today, and beta access should now be available without any problems for users in the UK. You should be able to check for updates and participate in testing as expected 😊.
