Report everything through the feedback section. My Air Actions are hit and miss. I thought mine wasn't working, then it started working again. Then I've just checked there, and it's not working again. That's a bug that needs fixed.
This appears to be a known bug affecting some users. To help address this, I recommend submitting detailed feedback through the Samsung Members app, ensuring you attach log files for further analysis.
This will assist the development team in investigating and resolving the issue 😊.
