Hi everyone! If the official Android 16 build has arrived for the S24 Ultra, why does it say I'm still signed up for the beta? If I want to exit the beta, I have to use Smart Switch and reset my phone.

Hi @FOXY10,
If you're still seeing that you're enrolled in the Beta Program even though the official software build has been released for the Galaxy S24 Ultra, please first check in Settings > Software update to see if an update to the official version is available.
If no update appears and your device still shows as running a beta version, please report the issue via the Samsung Members app. This will allow our developers to analyze the situation more closely
