I'm assuming this is your first beta, it's a known problem that is clearly listed in the beta sign up page. It sometimes works for some, then breaks on later updates, but it's safe to assume it won't work. You can use Samsung Pay and if your bank is not supported via SPay (they don't support much) you can use Curve, and link their digital card to SPay. Been using that for years.
