Ive just joined the beta, however I am not seeing any new updates. I've tried the check for updates button in both the beta section of Samsung members, and the settings app. And neither of these have any new software updates.

Where is your phone from? Only unlocked phones bought from Samsung can be on the beta. So if for example your phone is from Vodafone you won’t unfortunately be able to join the beta.

My phone was brought from Samsung but still doesn't work, do you know how to fix this still?

Was this for all betas, or just this one. Because I had access to the one UI 8 beta when it started, but I can't get this one. Which is strange.

Yep, still no real solution. And the answers like "did you pressed the software download button?" are infuriating.

Which model do you have? Have you joined the beta program? Sorry if it sounds silly but just checking what steps you have followed so far.

I'm sorry, but treating testers like technological analfabets is not helping at all. I find this kind of answer quite offensive.

Im sorry if you find it offensive but you do realise that I am not a Samsung employee and I am not paid by Samsung either. Like you I bought my S25 series phone with my own money. I am on the beta successfully myself so just trying to help. I have never personally had any issues joining the beta programs, in order to help others I have to ask questions, not everyone follows the correct process for joining the beta program. I would suggest that you contact Samsung directly for assistance as this is a forum for Samsung consumers, Samsung's help and support department doesn't monitor this forum. Hopefully they can resolve it for you.

I have the same and like everyone else who is on the members app, I'm pretty tech minded. This seems to be a base model issue. I had no problems joining the one UI 8 beta, but for whatever reason and despite restarting, cache clearing blah blah, there is no update. So we can only assume it's effecting mainly the base model.

@TechZilla not strictly true. Yes unlocked part but it's not only phones from Samsung that are unlocked. For example handsets from SKY mobile are also unlocked and fully able to be on beta

@busby08,

The issue has been resolved today, and beta access should now be available without any problems for users in the UK. You should be able to check for updates and participate in testing as expected 😊.
