Hello, just a simple question, I am on the latest update one ui 8.5 beta 7 on s25 ultra, the eux, and I don't have extended battery information that most people have on their s25 ultra on beta. I submitted a report but it just got greyed out several times with no answer or appearance of the feature in my phone.
I just have battery status "not charging"
Battery level "54% "
Battery capacity 5000mah
I am missing first date of use, date of manufacture, battery health percentage and charge cycle counts. I have to use command prompt to get cycle counts using usb debugging

The missing information may be related to device configuration (such as region/sales code) or a temporary inconsistency during beta updates, which can prevent certain battery data from being displayed correctly.
Regarding your report being greyed out — this usually indicates that it has been received and processed by the system, even if no direct response is shown.
In the meantime, please try:
Restarting your phone
Clearing cache for the Settings app (Settings → Apps → Settings → Storage → Clear cache)
Ensuring your device is on the latest One UI 8.5 beta version
If the feature does not appear after upcoming updates, please consider submitting a new report.
