Updating and installing apps

Anyone else having issues trying to install or update apps?
Whenever I go to install an app in the Play Store, it gets stuck on Pending. Whenever I try to update an existing app, tapping the button does nothing.
It does not affect installing apps from the Galaxy Store.
Restarting the phone fixes this though.
