When I tried using Google Pay to purchase stuff contactless, I get hit that it doesnt meet software standards just because this isn't technically official release of OneUi 9, does anyone know how to fix this?

Google Wallet may not work as it is not certified for the Beta, this is stated when you sign up. I know it is fine for some people but this is not guaranteed.

It send it in small print which is ridiculous because they know not everyone reads the text 🙄🤣

This happened to me slso but i will see if the samsubg wallet will work instead... no biggie and when stable it dhould work.

Sometimes the device gets it's certification back after some days, i had the same issue, and after 2 days, when i tried to check the certification status on the play store it automatically updated

I was worried as had seen a message popping up in Wallet about phone not meeting security requirements. Had my Football season ticket stored in there and enter the stadium using NFC on my phone. Went to my first game since installing UI 9.0. Pleased that despite pop up warnings it still worked and activated the turnstile touch screen fine. Haven't tried financial transaction yet but will give it a go and see it that is also working OK.

I'm really pleased to hear your season ticket works as I will have exactly the same issue with a season ticket for rugby which will start next weekend, I was a bit concerned it wouldn't work on UI 9 beta.

Anyone had this fixed yet or a work around i knew this would be an issue on the beta.

Samsung wallet works perfectly fine so im using that for the time being until google has added one ui 9.0 to there supported software

Hello @Al3xand5u

I can confirm that Google Wallet app may not work with Beta software version. Payments with Google Wallet will work as usual when stable version of software is released. If you would like to continue using contactless payments during Beta Programme, you can still use Samsung Wallet instead 😊
