S Pen not working

S Pen worked normally before updating to One UI 8.0 / Android 16 on Galaxy Tab S9 FE.
Hover cursor appears, but pen does not register taps or writing in any app (including Samsung Notes).
Issue persists after cache wipe, Safe Mode, and reset.
This appears to be a post-update S Pen input regression.
