Hello, I am running One UI 8.5 on my Samsung device. I previously purchased a paid theme called "Premium Color Retro Flowing Smoke (Video)". The theme has been completely removed from the store by the developer and does not show up in my items. I have my official purchase receipt. Since the item I paid for is no longer available to download, I would like to request a refund or Galaxy Store credit added to my Samsung account.
