Hey guys I recently got a samsung s24 ultra, and have been getting mic problems. When I make phone calls the receivers of my calls have been complaining that my audio keeps going low and then back to normal. This is not a brand new phone it's an open box purchase.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem or should I carry the phone back.

Also sometimes I forget to turn off my Bluetooth and it connects to another device causing the call to be on and off to the receiver of the call so just double check that as well!
Hope that you get the issue fixed!
