I am having an issue. Flow just launch their 5G network in Jamaica. However, I am not picking up 5G on my S25 Ultra. Are other persons in Jamaica having the same issue?

It depends where you're at. I'm assuming the release is mostly in the city areas. I live in Hanover but it's not in my community but if I go to other areas I can pick it up.

I've been to even the flow head office and they are trying to push the blame off saying it's the phone. I know the phone works well because when I am overseas, it picks up 5G without any issues.

I'm using a s24 ultra,it's show 4G+ but never 5G an I use flow network
