How to turn off Automatic Image Descriptions:

First, go to Settings app > Select Accessibility > Tap on TalkBack > Within TalkBack settings, select Image and screen descriptions > Disable Automatic Image Descriptions.

Note: Feature is available from One UI 7.

@AnnaMaz This feature should be disabled from start. And should be a quicktoggle at the settings screen.
