Why Loudness Normalization Matters
In today's world, we're constantly surrounded by noise. Whether it's from traffic, conversations, or the media we consume on our devices, prolonged exposure to loud sounds can harm our hearing. The Loudness Normalization feature dynamically adjusts the volume of media content to prevent sudden spikes or drops in sound levels. This ensures a consistent and comfortable listening experience, reducing the risk of hearing damage.
How to enable Loudness Normalization
Step 1. Open Settings App.
Step 2. Navigate to Sounds and vibration.
Step 3. Within Sound and Vibration menu, look for Sound Quality and Effects.
Step 4. Enable Loudness Normalisation option
Loudness Normalization can help enhance user experience while prioritizing health and well-being. Give it a try and enjoy smoother, safer listening!
Please note:
- Availability of Loudness Normalization feature may vary depending on the region/country, OS/One UI version, device model, and phone carrier.

AndroidSweden41 - you can try enabling Music in Dolby Atmos settings. That has made my music louder in my experience.
