I hope you are doing great , Smart Tutor is Samsung’s official remote support app. It can sometimes appear after a software update, a Samsung Support/Service interaction, or if it’s preloaded by your device/carrier. If you didn’t install it yourself and you don’t plan to use remote support, you can uninstall or disable it from Settings > Apps > Smart Tutor > Uninstall/Disable. If you’d like, share your device model and One UI/Android version, and we can help confirm why it appeared on your phone.
