Galaxy watch update issues

Question

I recently updated my galaxy watch 7 and I keep getting an error message saying 'Google Play Services error in Fit' or something to that nature. How do I fix it? I try opening the app but it won't open.

Just turn in off, then disconnect from your mobile, and reinstall the Galaxy Wearable again. Than Recharge your watch full then connect with your Mobile. It's done !!!! Best of luck.

To resolve the issue, please power off the device, disconnect it from your mobile device, and then reinstall the Galaxy Wearable application.
