I inserted my memory card but my galaxy s8 won't read the memory even when I try to forma it, it appears for 1 minute then disappear again. how to solve this issue??

if you have encrypted your card in the older device it won't work
you need to decrypt it from the older device

first make sure that it's not the fault in the device
then if you don't have the older device you have to buy a new card
