Fingerprint not detected

Question

I added fingerprint on the biometrics but I added it when I was still using a screen protector, now when I already removed the screen protector cause its dirty the fingerprint cannot be recognized anymore. What can I do? I can still access the phone using screen pattern

GhostBurger9 · Answer

Maybe the screen protector you used to use was a thick one, if you can, go and add another fingerprint without the screen protector.

Myk18 · Answer

I can't change it cause I activated the theft protection
