I have UPDATED my mobile sumsung galaxy m31s one UI 2.5 update but why I have not get the secure folder yet?

Samsung provided Secure Folder feature to your device in other regions such as India, however, for some reasons they didn't provide Middle East's firmware with this aforementioned feature. Therefore, you need to go into Samsung Members app - get help- ask questions, and then sent a message to Samsung to include this feature to your device with the next update

I can't find the pictures, videos, and apps in my secure folder since the device update. I've looked everywhere but can't find them. How can I find them?
