So I clicked the special offer voucher on the homescreen then went to download the Galaxy Entertainer app only for it to say: "This is not a supported device" how and why?

Even I have the same issue but when I spoke with Samsung privilege customer service they said it will resolved in next 3 days as they updating for galaxy s9.
