If you use Mobily Sim , the esim isn't supported with the aforementioned carrier.

tried with one sim only , did not work. having two simcards with the same carrier should not prevent you from using esim, it is just not right

Unfortunately Mobily didn't support Embedded sim with both Z Fold 2 and Note 20U, they only support S20 series and Z Flip 4G model.

could please provide us from where did you purchase the device ? from KSA?

make sure that your device is on the last update

try to reset the network settings :settings-general management-reset-reset the network settings

after that follow the following steps:settings-connections-sim card manager -under esim select (+) to add plan

make sure to check with the service provider too
