There is one way to change the default in this app. If you have different sim card that belongs to own country's carriers, you can remove KSA sim card and clear data of Samsung Members app and then insert the other Sim card after that the Samsung Members app will be changed to your native language
There is no option unfortunately. You need to have different sim card from out of KSA, for example US, UK or any other countries, by removing KSA sim card and then adding+ clear the date of Samsung Members app, the Community will be changed to US or UK and the language will be English
