My SD card was encrypted in my Samsung A 2018. My mobile was resetted by Samsung service centre due to software upgrade. Now In my ad card is encrypted. I lost my 9 GB files photos audio and video files. Could you please help me how to decrypt my SD card.

When you encrypt the memory, you are prompted to enter a code for encryption. Go to the settings and then take the same encryption steps you have done but click to cancel the encryption and enter the code you entered earlier when encryption
