I purchased a Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus in Saudi Arabia and unable to use the same mobile in India.
Mobile asking for network unlock PIN.
Contacted Samsung for more than 5 to 6 times via live chat, no proper response.
Sent email to cs.ksa@samsung.com, with all the required information. no response from Samsung.
It's the very worst customer experience I have never seen.
Looks like only Samsung has to sell their product, they are not ready to help with customer complaints.

you insert amy saudi sim card and call any saudi number.. do not cut your line 15 or 20 minutes...

if you purchase sim card in mumbai and going to delhi or another state so they will take roaming charge...
