Title: [Feature Request] Dual-Language Fixed Sub-label Display for Device Settings

​Description:

Hello Samsung Team,

​I would like to propose a new UI/UX feature for One UI settings to enhance the accessibility and experience for bilingual and tech-savvy users.

​The Concept (Bilingual Fixed Settings Display):

​Right Side (Primary Language): The setting name displayed in the user's preferred primary language (e.g., Arabic) using a larger, bold font for instant readability.

​Left Side or in the Same Side (Secondary Fixed Display): The standard English technical term (e.g., Connections, Battery, Display) displayed permanently in a smaller, muted font.

​Why this is useful:

​It bridges the cognitive gap between localized system terminology and global technical guides, which are mostly written in English.

​It eliminates the need to constantly switch system languages or rely solely on the search bar.

​It creates a clean, balanced, and professional layout without causing visual clutter.

​I have attached a concept layout showing how the English technical term can be aligned fixed on the left side while the primary language remains on the right.
